Of course Canada would win, the French would never travel that far to surrender when they love doing it in the comfort of their own home, and since the US protects canada this is a no brainer. Their recent actions aside, Canada is fine in my book, but I would have appreciated a little more support considering how much they do rely on and the fact they would suffer greatly as well if the US was attacked with chemical or bio weapons.

If we (Canada) invaded France, we'd get our butts whooped hard. They have better equipment, more troops, home-field advantage.

If France invaded Canada, I'm figuring a stalemate. We have so much room to maneuver and basically engage in guerrila-style warfare in the wilderness, not to mention a huge number of trained recreational shooters that would make life hell for any invasion force. That's if the US didn't get involved, in which case the North American units would smash the Frenchies into tiny itty little bits.

Depends on whether nukes are allowed and who's doing the attacking.

If nukes are allowed, than France, since canada doesn't have any. In a conventional war, the agressor would lose, thanks to the atlantic.

Though Quebec is a wildcard. If the French attacked canada, I wonder how many quebecers would fight or resist...

I said France even as a Canadian cause I know they have the superior military but after reading various scenarios here I think the poll might be too general.
