If so, then I've always been right because I've always spelled it bimmer or BMW, but when I pronounced it I thought I was actually pronouncing it wrong. In that case... how would you pronounce beamer/beemer, like when referring to a bike?

Yes.

It wouldnt be called bimmer if it didn't sound like BeeeeeeeeMW. I don't know why it's spelled that way it is... that's just the way i've been told 10 or so years ago. Maybe because beamer referred to something else already.

Which is why I always thought it was just "beamer" instead of "bimmer" as in "zimmer"

I think its pronounced like that because hardcore BMW fanboys just couldnt accept the fact that people were calling BMW bikes the same as the cars... i doesn't really matter to me... because i don't even have one.
