as good as dell PSU's are, i doubt they can really handle a high-end video card... im sure a 9800pro/Xt would be fine tho...
oh btw, i think IBM's are pretty nice. but as far as expanding/fixing one goes, nothing beats a home-built with a nice case like an antec.
