Michael Moriarty was also in a bunch of funny (and MST3K-worthy) B-movies in the '80's, like "Troll", "Q: the winged serpent" (great Tom Waits impression) and "It's Alive III: Island of the Alive" (loved the sea chanty)
 
Ben Stone gets my vote. He had a much more serious game face than McCoy.

Claire was the best assistant, IMO.

Schiff was the best DA.
 
I really mean Executive DA, Jack or Ben.
However, I am including everyone, except the DA, Adam Schiff.
 
I don't see how you can include McCoy and Ben Stone in the poll with all the others because they play a separate role, the Executive DA as opposed to the Asst DA. Besides McCoy just blows all the others away. Among the ADA's, I personally liked Claire Kincaid the best.🙂

BTW, did you know that Carey Lowell (played Jaime Ross) is Richard Gere's wifey?? I was surprised to find out that while watching Inside the Actors' Studio last night.

What was Ben's unethical streak?
Jack is the one who bends the Law to suit his needs.
 
On another note:

Chris Noth and Jerry Orbach were the best pair of detectives, no contest.

Bratt was just annoying. Always pretending to be an angel and constantly being judgmental, and then having an affair himself.

Sorvino wasn't bad, but just didn't have his character really developed. Dzundza was just bleh.

I liked Abbie.. She was a hot little number. She could be pretty nasty when she wanted to be. Now how about the detective gal on the L&O SVU show. She is pretty good looking too.

You must be talkin about McCoy. I can't remember anything unethical that Stone ever did, especially not that would imply a "streak"
 
McCoy, and Kincaid. Altho I've always liked all three of the brunettes 😉. I HATE the blonde. HATE. Stone is good, too, but I like McCoy's speaches better.

McCoy was the best because he would bend the rules to get the jackass that did the crime.

Abbie Carmichael for the best looking and a tough chick on the law to boot.

Plus she's a TEXAS girl 😀 😀
