Each show has it's respective qualities:

Six Feet Under strikes me as more profound than any of the other shows. There are a lot of excellent subtlties in the show...

Sopranos is just a great show; however, not profound like Six Feet Under.

Curb Your Enthusiasm is often hilarious. I enjoy that type of comedy...

Mind of the Married Man is great too, although I'm not married.

Band of Brothers was excellent; I watched every episode. I hope they do another series like this...

The only show I don't really enjoy that much is Arliss, simply because the comedy is too "slapstick" at times.

HBO is the most prolific network on the planet, that's for sure.

Wish I could vote for two and I don't even have HBO.

Sopranos and Band of Brothers are my two favorites of the ones listed.

Band of Brothers is definitely my favorite. Six Feet Under is alright when I'm in the mood for it.....it's kind of a strange show.

Still getting into Sopranos......this season has been pretty damn boring thus far.

Love them shows....I was never a big fan of Dream On.

Yep, "Return to Oz - The Second Season DVD" will be coming out January 7th, 2003 priced around $51 at DVDEmpire. Link

My order would be:

The Sopranos (by a hair)
OZ
The Wire (new series, but almost up there with the other two)

I think that the best CURRENT HBO series is the Sopranos, but Band Of Brothers is their best series in recent history.

1) Larry Sanders Show
2) Dennis Miller Live
3) The Sopranos

The Sopranos are the best of what's currently available, but the buzz that surrounds most HBO shows far exceeds the quality of the shows themselves. Somehow some idiots got the idea that cable=good while broadcast=bad and that all cable shows are instantly good just because they're cable. How on earth did Sex and the City ever win an Emmy for Best Comedy? How many people actually like Six Feet Under and how many just jumped on the hype bandwagon? There's nothing on HBO that's any better than the good free TV series, HBO just has an incredible promo people.
