not to hijack, but im very curious about these. can someone give some insight?
i used to force myself to drink red bull all the time before running and basketball games etc. did they work? i dont know, but it sure felt like i was doing something good.
so do any of you know if this actually WORKS? and if it does, for what? does it work for long distance, or track and field running? and what makes this stuff better then normal drinks like sodas, or, say, eating a energy bar?
as for the review site. it seems as if the sobe andrenaline rush got the best ratings. yet it got no votes here on the poll.
