Do you think a case with a fan in the top that vents rising heat upwards is ideal? Like the Max Cool?

Chenbro Echo (17 bays). This case has everything, its big, its runs cool, it?s easy to work in (didn't come with a supply though). I love the thing. I also recommend the Antec SX1030 (10 bays) for the normal user who doesn?t need to live inside their case.
