Hmm, if this was a planned battle, then batman would win because he'd spend time planning a trap or ambush.

If it was an impromtu battle, hahahaa I'd still pick batman just cuz i am a loyal fan, lol.

Not to mention, batman could just use his grappling hook to get on a rooftop in a matter of seconds.

Since they're both essentially sanctioned vigilantes there would be no fight, just an argument over who gets to cap the badguy 😉
 
Aight, what about Robocop and Batman in a fight, but both with mega upgrades? IE Robocop has the agility of a stellar athlete, Batman's suit gives him superhuman strenght, other special abilities etc. Now who do you think would win?
