I tend to agree with this, just based on gut feeling. It's possible he did rape her, but I think it's more likely she's just trying to exploit the situation for her own financial benefit.

P.S. That is not the only part of their defense.. Have you been following the proceedings today?

Also, NBC Newssaid the alleged victim told detectives that she was expecting for Bryant ?to make a move on her? when going to the star?s room.


The detective said she did not communicate NO to him.. Any unbiased person will be amazed that this case ever went this far.

If I'm not mistaken...there's apparently a second pair of panties with someone elses semen/blond hair. So the 'outrageous' suggestion last week of 3 men in 3 days isn't pulled from thin air afterall. The panties that the girl showed up at the hospital in the next day, with semen, apparently weren't the same ones at the time of the alleged attack.

Meanwhile the prosecution hasn't even tested that dna yet for who's it is. Very bonehead move.
