Definitely charcoal.

Isn't Canadian bacon all soft and chewy? Do you not like your country's bacon? Canadian bacon is yummy. But only if it's CHEWY. 😛
canadian bacon is ham dumbass

.....no it isn't.

What defines "ham" anyway? Bacon/ham = pig. Does canadian bacon come from pigs? 😛

The point I was trying to make is the following:

Yes, Canadian Bacon is a type of ham; it's PORK that has been cured and cut a certain way. What idiot boy, er GroundZero was trying to say was that "all pork products are the same" and they are not. A TBone steak is not the same thing as hamburger. 😛

Ham is a certain part of a pig. Canadian bacon comes from a differnt part of a pig. Canadian Bacon and Ham all = pork.

IE a Steak can come from many different parts of a cow, but we don't say a T-Bone is the same thing as a a filet mignon.

EDIT: Dammit too slow. Anyways, I thought Canadian bacon comes form a different part of the shoulder than Ham?

I realize this.. 🙂

So what part of the pig is normal ham from, and what part of the pig is canadian bacon from?

Why is canadian bacon circular when normal bacon comes in strips? 😛

Homer: "Are you saying you're never going to eat any animal again? What about bacon?"
Lisa: "No."
Homer: "Ham?"
Lisa: "No!"
Homer: "Pork chops?"
Lisa: "Dad, those all come from the same animal!"
Homer: "Heh heh heh... ooh... yeah... right, Lisa. A wonderful... magical animal."
