chocolate.

a little bit of dark chocolate/day is good for you. bacon, notsomuch.

i understand bacon's awesomeness in that it can wrap itself around anything and make it taste good, but.... i don't crave bacon. chocolate on the other hand...

Is it true that chocolate is better than sex? (for women at least)

And if so, is chocolate for sex a fair trade?

Both :awe:

But not together D:

If I had to do without one, I'd do without bacon, and keep the chocolate.

I have a container of "clean" bacon fat in the fridge for cooking, so I voted bacon obviously. Also if you have never tried cooking bacon in the oven (vs. frying), you really should give it a try. Easier, fat renders out better, less mess, etc.

Thou shalt use fat is one of the first rules to good cooking, the key is in balancing it of course.

Bacon is fvcking delicious.
Among the best foods on it's own.
The Grease is very usefull as you can cook things with it, and it makes those things taste even better than normal.

Chocolate is great, and, when a small amount is added to a stout, it becomes fvcking incredible..... Rogue and Southern Tier chocolate stout ... yum!

So, in the end, my answer is simple, I choose Beer.

I can get by with other things if bacon is not available. It's hard to find a proper substitute for chocolate though.
