If you were as educated as you say, you'd understand that he is a mere mass of atoms that happened to work together for a (relatively) short period of time, and now will be slowing decaying together for a good deal longer. In the grand scheme of things, what's the difference?

Oh, and if you're religious or spiritual, you'd understand that his ass is goin straight to hell anyway, might as well give him an express ticket (haven't you ever watched South Park?)
