Nope - I took 5 years of French in Jr. High and High School but barely remember any of it.

Besides English, I can speak fluently Russian, Ukrainian, Hebrew and Spanish :p
It's actually gets easier after 2nd language, you find a lot of similarities between different languages, and as long as you understand the structure, it's pretty simple

I'm certainly not fluent in french, but I know a good bit.

I have a friend who's fluent in English, French, Italian, Spanish, Portugese, Latin, Hebrew, Finnish and Arabic. No joke. The guy's amazing, he can literally talk to you and say each sentence in a different language if he wanted to, without even thinking about it. Incredible.

French, though I've lost quite a bit (happens when you don't speak it for six years).

There was a guy I met while in France who was from Norway, and his father was a diplomat. He spoke his native language obviously, English, German, French, and Arabic. Here's the kicker though: He had a perfect native accent in each of them (and learned them in about a year or so). When I first met him, I thought he was from California. I was floored -- probably the most gifted language learner I've ever met.
