I hope you're a mass of muscle then, because I'm 6'4"/195 and I think I'm 10lbs overweight.

Pretty much. :p

If I wasn't muscular, I'd be a total fat bastage. ;)

6'3" / 265 lbs / low muscle

I am 6'0" 195-200 lbs now.... gained a little last month. :(

My weight hasn't fluctuated much in the past 4-5 years. Mostly up and down around 195. I was 186 for a while last riding season, but I was also very active then.

I would prefer to be around 180 for cycling purposes.

**EDIT**
32-33" waist, so I am not a porker, but I could lose some weight.

BMI is BS, according to that Michael Jordan was obese, I know i could stand to lose about 15 lbs, but look more into the accuracy of the BMI.

Why would you want to lose weight? You couldn't have any fat on you unless your muscles resemble dental floss.

Currently 5'8 weighing in @ 170... I got a bit of a belly which I can work off but have been too lazy. I was 150 before college which was 6 years ago and to my surprise, the freshman 15 is not a myth... at least not for me. :p

170lbs
5'11"

Most of the weight was when I started working out (muscles weigh way more than fat), I'm 155 without any muscle.

5'10 and 182.6lbs. I was at 187lbs but I haven't been training properly due to an injury = lose apetite = lose weight.

30" waist but I have to wear 34" to fit my squating legs in them. Been training for nearly 6yrs. Past 3yrs have been ropey due to studies.

Absoutely fat.

about 5yrs ago, i was misdiagnosed with COPD and was on a course of steroids that included ... inhaler 3x per day, pills 2x per day, shot 1x per week.

i gained about 70lbs in 8 months. i worked like hell to get it off, got rid of about 1/2 of it...but then VeggieFrog went to college, i got depressed and stoped caring for a while. i am trying now to get rid of the rest, but it isnt as easy after the age of 42 as it was 20yrs ago.

but the b/f thinks i carry it well, so i am not a lunatic about it.

;)

Although I actually lost weight over the holidays (thanks Mr. Pneumonia!), I'm still a bit fat. I have about 20-25 lbs to go before I'm at a happy place. I'm on the right track though, and by the time I'm done I'll have lost around 45 lbs.
