true size is 34, i usually wear 36's for the added bagginess. 32 length for jeans, 30 length for slacks.

I was a 34 waist last year now im a 36-38. Im not fat....6'2, 208lbs, it just seems the older I get the more my waist line expands.

31 is tiny, 33 is perfectly normal IMO. I'm a 34 and I weigh like 155 and I am considered to be a toothpick.

I'm 5'10" tall, with a 31" waist and I weight under 125 pounds. I'm 19 btw.
