I think i'm pretty confrontational in social situations. I hate leaving things up in the air, unsaid. If I have an argument with someone, after everyone cools down, I want to talk about it. I want to work it out, to resolve it. It's so annoying when people see no need for communication, and just say avoid a touchy subject because they don't want to deal with it.

I have been described as "the devil" when I lead kung fu or TKD classes . . . and my throat always to recover for a few days afterwards (and it never heals since I lead class frequently).

Outside of that, I am a complete doormat.

No, I'm not confrontational. For me to be confrontational, someone has to have violated my principles; otherwise anything goes, even if it isn't my thing. However, in the event that you cross that line, I'll confront you.

I always thought i was just assertive, but i think i'm confrontational when others PUSH ME. I've been physically attacked in parking lots, coming out of the hair stylists, even by a customer at work (i was tech support at the time) because i would rather say something than ignore what i believe is an injustice (parking lot because some moron was parked behind me chatting with friends while i was trying to get out, coming out of the hair stylist because somebody was trying to bum money off me, and i called him what i thought he was, a crackhead, and a customer because the customer was was upset at me, and i told him i wasn't going to serve him if he was going to treat me this way).
