I'm the captain of both my hockey teams and that's the only time I give orders... I really hate giving orders... making decisions may get you a lot of recognition/money, but I don't mind "settling" and just living life.

I take orders at work. I took a relaxing, low-stress job so that I would have time and energy for the Non-Profit Org that I volunteer at. I give orders there. I'm assuming you meant at work, so I put peon.
