Not sure of th mfr but it's some form of "super mid-tower" that is tool-less. Came with nifty rails that pop into the screw holes of the device and then slide it in...bang, done. Also has a nice fan built into the left side panel near the CPU and AGP slot. 4 5.25" bays, 4 3.5" bays plus the whole motherboard tray slides out the back so you don't have to remove any cards or anything to do mobo work. Pretty slick for $90 at a computer trade show.
One flaw, though. Found that it's not entirely tool-less as it only came with two rails setup for floppy drives and two rails setup for hard drives. It took a couple beers to figure out they intended for you to use only one rail per 3.5" device and then use screws on the the remaining side. Keep the screwdriver handy.
