Absolutely! Problem is that money walks and bullsh!t talks. Ergo, we got Matrix 2 and 3. If we had to have a 2nd one, I agree with Tabb - I would've preferred to see how the machines took over.

Remember how The Godfather was such a hit and they were afraid that the sequel was going to be garbage? Well, they did something unique and had two story lines going - what had happened with Vito's early years along with what was continuing with Michael. They should've done something like that with Matrix II. I think it would've been a much better and more interesting movie.
