While I think it is physically possible to be both Ferengi and Mod...any self respecting Ferengi is going to have much better things to spend his time on that moderating the 8 year olds that play in OT.

He'll be searching HD for ways to turn a profit.

Therefore, I will have to vote option #3. While it may be *possible*, it's HIGHLY unlikely.

He is a mod. The proof is in his Elite Membership. The only way he could have achieved this was through giving it to himself 😉🙂
