I hate to say it.. but overclocking is losing it's magic for me. I remember my celeron 300A to 450 overclock on my Abit BH6 and how enthralled I was at the speed and the power. I remember tirelessly working on my Abit BP6 to my Celeron 366's to both work @ 550 in Windows NT. But now... Overclocking my duron 700 to 950, or Tbird just doesn't seem to hold the magic it once did. It feels... empty.
I want stability more... now that I've tasted win2k and how I can go weeks without rebooting.
I want a quiet system, 4 fans to remove heat @ 50db gets on my nerves quickly these days.
and most of all... bigger systems don't mean much to me... 6 PCI slots.. wopdee.. Most of the time you can't get 5 PCI cards to work correctly together without IRQ conflicts and headaches from it.
