excedrin is acetaminophen + asprin + caffiene

also, excedrin extra strength (notice there is no "light strength" or "regular strength" any more) is the EXACT SAME in ingredients as excedrin migraine, even the same milligrams. People will pay for hope!

anyway, i prefer ibuprofen. I used to prefer acetaminophen but that is BAD for you if you drink, which I used to do a lot. I still take it with cold remedies, like Tylenol Sinus or whatever. Naproxen screws up my stomach.

Acetamiophen is only associated in light drinkers at levels above 10g/24h, for moderate to heavy chronic usage it drops to 4g/24h.

yep, acetaminophen and ibuprofen with some caffeine to enhance delivery into the system

I actually take one Excedrin before I go out biking. It takes out my lower back pain.
