When I smashed my thumb w/ the car door a few years back, I used Advil. Did the trick and put me to sleep. That was a painful motherfvcker.

I used to take Tylenol when I was younger, but have since graduated to Advil. I enjoy the sugary outer coating. 😛

Pfft. You might as well take Skittles or PEZ if you're going to take Tylenol.

You want to take a man's medicine for tough headaches. Good old Bayer Aspirin or Advil for me. 🙂

Don't care.. they all work the same for me. 30mins, BAM no more headache.

you lucky fvck..

only things that ever cleared up my migraines... excessive alcohol, pot, or ecstacy.. and even those didn't work reliably..

though, for anything but a headache, advil seems to work pretty well for muscle pain

Did you take enough? You usually need about 500mg of it for it to work. That's like 2-3 pills. In hospitals, they use even more.

I ignore my headaches for the most part. When they hurt too much to ignore, I start talking to myself to distract me from the pain.

i normally dont get headaches either, but when i do theyre pretty intense, but for some reason caffine works for me, i down a pepsi(roxors over coke) and about 10 minutes later i'm feeling better

Acetaminophon (Tylenol) is the best option just for headache relief, as it doesn't cause gastric irritation like Advil and Aspirin do.

Depends on the headache.

I get them once every few months, and it's usually sinus which runs in my family. Sudafed works like a charm.

I so rarely get normal headaches that I don't even have pain killers at my apartment. That could come back to bite me one day.
