Poll: Adults: Do you like your job?

I say "Adults" because I don't want teenagers posting their opinion on their summer jobs. 🙂

EDIT: To clarify what I mean, I'm looking for opinions on your careers, not your high-school after school job. Age doesn't really matter, only that it's your career.

So, for your career, do you enjoy your work, is it so-so? Hate it? Poll up in a min.

I'm a teenager, but I've been working full time for 27 months. 18 months at this job.

Do I like it? It's OK. It pays bills, & it's a decent income. Am I thrilled to go to work every day? Nope. Do I dread it? Nope.

I like my job (i work at my dad's office every christmas and summer break) (no vacation in this household).

Sometimes i like it, but this summer, I really enjoy cuz i'm making the intranet pages for all the divisions of the company (i work 80 hrs a week for a 40hr pay)

love my job!!...love the pay, of course i'd like more, but i'm living in Dallas, lower cost of living than NYC by a lot, and i've got an NYC valued salary.. 😀

love what i do too!...i get to do a lot of travel and rack up the frequent flyer miles as well as points on my AMEX card...this tuesday i'm flying to Sweden..WOOHOO!!...

I'm 26, adult enough for you? If I didn't have a good time delivering pizzas, I'd have quit a long time ago. I've done that for 10 months. It's not my "career," but it pays the bills, rent, and I can still afford to have fun. I make from 14 to 21 dollars per hour and hell, it doesn't even feel like work at all.

I got all A's in tech school for programming, and I also learned that I don't like it and would eventually come to dread it. Tech support usually doesn't pay so well, and I don't know enough about network administration to do that yet. I'm going to enroll at the University on Minnesota and work on an engineering degree soon.

I work at the Cheesecake factory as a baker, and while the pay sucks and we're basically the whipping boys of the restaurant, I **LOVE** my job. It's such an active environment, and I get to work with really cool people. Add to that the fact I learn great customer service skills, the value of hard work (Which was totally absent to me until recently), and build great big biceps from lifting stuff.. 🙂

I do hardwood floors, and at nights I call Bingo at a local Bingo hall($$$)🙂

I love both jobs..

Its not work if you can do something you love..

i work as a restroom cleaner I get 4.15 an hr.. I love my jobs cuz i see so many people in new ways everyday.. And I get to meet all the hot chicks that worrk there.. Plus many times I shut the door when cleaning and sexy gurls run to the restroom in dispair pulling down there ------.. And oops..
OMG ROFLMAO I NEED TO GO HOME>> i cant belive I am at work rigth now

jk I ama compuer tech. its ok when we are busy ets very boring and long when we are slow, but its great pay..

i worked in venture capital and am now retired (28yrs old) some days i liked it some days i didn't. If I loved it I wouldn't have retired, though.

<< I make more money per hour than alot of adults do, why doesn't my opinion matter? 😛 >>

People around your place pay you to stop singing as well eh?

I have been at the same company for 19 years. I used to love most days at work, but my current boss is a real d@ickHead. I dislike most days recently. But the pay is good I can live with it.
