Demos,

Do you stay refreshed if you get 4-6 for an entire week or is it once in a while? I find that if I get only 3-4 hours of sleep I can wake up pretty refreshed and function pretty well during the day, but I cant survive for a week like that, 3 days in a row and it starts to catch up with me.

I usually get 7-8 a night but add one more for while I'm at school.
8 is definitely enough for me any more just a bonus.

I usually get around 6-7 hours of sleep on schoolnights and I feel fine. During weekends, I end up with around 4-5 hours and I still feel fine. So my answer would be No.. :)

I can last about 1 week with 3-4 hours a night. after that long I can't think straight. I can last about 4 days with 2 or less hours a night. I usually need 8-10 to be in good shape
