Polk-Momo car audio equipment any good?

Looking at picking up these:

Polk C500.1 (Class D) Monoblock Amp - LINK
MM12 Custom Enclosed 12" Subwoofer - LINK

Im gonna be able to get these for $320 total plus shipping (where as they sell these for over $700 in store).... Should i go for it?

I don't really know about the amp because I think it's a new line of amp that polk makes.
I do own the sub and I'm happy with it. It's not gonna hit as hard as... say the W7 series but for the money that you're paying, you can't go wrong with the momo.

you do realize that if you only run one of those subs off that amp, you will be drawing only 350watts right?

yah... cant get anything higher though through my sources...
