This is a tough one. Bush definitely seems like more of a fun guy, but since he is born-again and doesn't drink, he is no barrel of laughs himself, and so I'd have to take Kerry. I'd go out for a road bike ride with him and return for a couple of beers (served by his vast staff).

IMO, independent of politics, Clinton would have been the most fun president to hang out with in my lifetime.
