And OMG now that I look at it the cartoon is funny because there's irony in the fact that it's a global warming problem and the solution is to turn on the air conditioner because that will cool things down but in actuality it'll contribute to global warming even more and haha irony is always funny but in addition to that the document the guy is holding actually says white house study so it must be oh so important yes it's funny in many ways.
