BRYANT, Ark. ? Police said a woman has been arrested for allegedly slipping some tranquilizers into her boss's coffee because she felt "he needed to chill out." Police said the 24-year-old woman admitted to detectives that she slipped the drugs into veteranarian John Duckett's drink. Officers said Duckett knew something was wrong shortly after drinking some of the coffee Tuesday morning.

Officers said the woman cleaned the cages at the the Reynolds Road Animal Clinic.

A judge set bond at $25,000 Friday and a jailer said the woman was still being held Friday. Her next court appearance is scheduled for April 21.

I like how they mention her job duty ( no pun intended), rather than "an employee".
He should count his blessing she used drugs and not Kennel droppings as her weapon of choice.

What makes you think she didn't prior to this episode?

Love the sense of entitlement people have now. Her boss needs to "chill" she says. Maybe she needs to do a better job so he won't be such a dick to her?

Back in senior year at my high school, one of the nicest teachers you'd ever meet had some ass wipe put LSD in her coffee. She had no idea what was going on at the time and had to be taken to the emergency room.
As far as I know, she never went back to teaching.

given that she used a tranq rather than other more agressive drugs, i dont think her intention was to kill him. (or harm him, as it were. thus, i doubt she's used feces before)

given that, she's a moron.

If its her first offense she will most likely get out on personal recognizance. If she doesn't show up for court, she owes the court $25k.

LOL, now that you mention it, that's a very good point.

So wrong. In college, some guys on the football team fed acid unknowingly to the starting center, who had never done drugs of any kind whatsoever.

During practice, he asked to be excused, telling the coach that his neck was too long!

He was OK the next day, but, ironically, ended up becoming a HUGE druggie and DEALER.

It does say she is still being held...

I always wondered how people afforded their bail, apparently the bail bonds people issue the bail and take something like house/car as collateral.
