I'll tell you what. I'm always in favor of saving some of my green, so how about - in the name of tax savings - we eliminate the Public Safety service from your neighborhood? It wouldn't take long for that dynamic to work it's magic.

Probably won't notice much cause I live in a small city with a low crime rate. They're be lots of happy teenagers though! 😛
Seriously, I didn't say cops were useless. If cops were acting out of altruism all the time and just wanted to help people you wouldn't hear stories about asshole cops. Some just abuse their power and act like pricks because they can.
