If a cop was driving along and was meeting me on the road and I stuck out my arm and give him the middle finger could I get in trouble?
 
good question, i was pondering this the other day, sometimes i wanna flick them off, can they do anything?

if they did, i could just say i was flicking off the guy in the other car, right? 😛

It's classified as Disorderly Conduct. My friend had that charge brought up against him in addition to a whole bunch of other ones for throwing a Mrs. Winners 40oz. cup at a police car, while driving.

no u cannot get in trouble for swearing or flicking off an officer, there is a video online somewhere its bene out for awhile, A kid was video taping his friend who ran up to a coip and the kid danced around and gave him the bird with both hands. The cop then proceded to take out his billy club and attacked the kid. Since it was all on camera the cop was fired cause it is no illegal to do that, the cop had no right to retailate etc should have just moved on. But if u do it fomr yoiur car im pretty surte they will just pull u over for something wrong with your car and give you sh!t about it

well thats cause he threw a damn cup at the car... thats different than a finger.... and Disorderly conduct covers a very wide range of things.. and put me on good behavior for 6 months

No, they clarified that the Disorderly Conduct charge was for flicking off the officer. He was charged with damage of government property for hitting the car.

In the video the person is up in the cop's face like right up in his face flicking him off. There is no way a cop has to stand there and take that.

that video has to be bs....someone should flick a cop off, just see if there is other cars around, then if they pull u over for something, say you were flicking off your friend that was driving along side him....that would be a good reason, right? or at least, it MIGHT work...
