Police car chase in Dallas area ends as usual this afternoon

I watched this car chase in the Dallas area on tv this afternoon. It went on for a about 90 minutes and I expect it will be on Wildest Police Chases (or whatever that program is) very soon. No word on the condition of the chasee - you can imagine why if you look at the film. the crash happens about 30 sec or 1/4 of the way into the clip.

I don't think that will buff right out.

Yeah you are going to need to use some JB weld and then buff it out. Then it will be as good as new

Two things I never could figure out about car chases:

1. When are the bad guys going to finally get it through their heads that you can't outrun the radio in the police car??

2. Why don't career criminals invest in run-flat tires, that might defeat spike strips???

yeah i was watching it live. the cops had a few times to take the idiot out without harm to anyone. yet they let him continue on. good thing it was a truck that hit him and not some small car.

did they ever say why they were chaseing him? all they would say is they had a hit from the drug dog.
