Police: 6 People Beat Up Alleged Peeping Tom

The end will just be the state of mind of the people who are being charged. If you guys remember, right after the shoe-bobmer incident, there was this case of an airline passanger who had started to freak out during his flight. The other passangers beat him up and litterally sat on him till the end of the flight. When the cops show up he is dead. Turns out the hour or so they sat on him, it compressed his chest and he couldn't breathe, thus killing him. As I recall even though the entire process took over to eventually suffocate him, the people involved were exonerated from any wrong doing. The reason why is at the time, they felt they were acting in the best interests of themselves and the people on the plane. So when the lawyers take this on, the question isn't so much if the punishment fits the crime, but if they were caught in the moment of rage. I think the aunt will most likely serve time, but the others will get a good chance of getting off, even if this goes to court.

First of all, if someone is sick enough to get off watching FIVE YEAR OLD girls sleep, that's one thing...

1)judge comes down hard on him and sentences him to a small bid....while serving his time he is abused and violated in jail.....when he leaves he is not reformed.....just angry and frustrated....his sick sexual desires are still there except now he feels more desperate .....this leads to him developing a habit of picking up children on the side of the road..using them as play things then dumping the bodies....he is caught eventually but the damage is done.


2) JUDGE is compassoinate for the innocent peeper...only gives him probation...now he is good for a while but those urges are still there so he continues his innocent peeping....he gets bored of that and begins full on sexual assaults to quench his desires...

I think we should all try to remember that the only people who claim to have witnessed that he was a peeping tom are the same ones who are charged with beating, torturing, and sodomizing him for over an hour. How credible is their testimony to you? There's a reason why vigilantism for this kind is illegal -- it erodes respect in the law and damages the legal process.
In this case, we have 6 people who claim to have witnessed this peeping tom and apprehending him with excessive force, but those same 6 people are the ones who could have just grabbed him off the street and beaten and sodomized his ass for the fscking hell of it, making up the peeping tom story thinking it would get them off.
It's one thing to detain a suspect, even by force, but this is another thing entirely and leads me to doubt the vigilantes' story completely.
