Military - High school, $32k civ gross equivelent (not taxxed on $1000 of my allowances each month).

EDIT: i think age has a lot to do with how much some are making too.

Yep. Associate could include technical/vocational programs as well.

Software Dev here with BS in the 50-75 range.
