Pole: Do you click on ATOT sponsored ads?

Do you click on ATOT sponsored ads?

  • Always. I click away like mad.

  • Never. ATOT pays for itself by magic.

  • Maybe. If they had bacon ads…

  • Maybe. If they had pron ads…

BTW, I don't think you have to actually click on the ad to make it successful. If you see "Crucial Memory" enough times, when you go to buy memory it will look familiar and you may lean towards purchasing it. It's sort of like product placement in movies.

But if you don't click it, AT will not get paid.

I seem to have a condition which makes me completely oblivious to advertisement.

TV commercials are somehow blanked from my memory.

I don't even see the Google supported links, they're not there to me.

Popups are closed with competitive FPS reaction time and precision and I often don't even remember them opening.

I expect as new generations grow up bombarded with advertisements, this evolutionary adaptation will become more common.

I see that chick's ass in tight jeans next to the memory and think about sex.

I don't click though, I resist the urge.

nope. I never click on any advertisements for anything, anywhere.
this.

Even IF I saw an ad that snuck by adblock for something I was interested in, I'll google the product or type in the url manually.

I don't see ads.

There are other ways to make money though, right? I know you can have an Amazon affiliate link where it gives a percentage of the sale to the person whose link you clicked to get to Amazon. I'm a member at an ad-free forum where they pay for the hosting costs that way. Of course, it's a pretty small forum so it doesn't require much money to keep it running.

Nope. I never see them anyway. (Adblock plus in Firefox. WORKS BETTER THAN CHROME)

Wasn't there a thread a while back where people were getting banned for announcing this?

I might be thinking about another forum though.

Have I told you there's a way that you can get rid of an infraction by helping ATOT discover.........
