Pole Dancing! Amazing skills!

It's not a sport if it has to be judged like boxing, figure skating, gymnastics, etc.

I put boxing in there because once they put in round limits and judges it became merely entertainment and ceased to be a sport. If they would return to last man standing and remove round limits then it would be a sport again in my eyes.
 
Sport has to have a winner cross a finish line or make the most baskets? Meh I disagree. They're just different.

This girl has serious skills. I wonder if this was like a high school talent show though.

Yea, she definitely has skills and is very entertaining, and probably trained as if it was a competitive sport.

I think the thread title is inviting the wrong type of discussion though. We should come in here to appreciate the skill this person has dancing with a pole, not to discuss whether or not pole dancing is a sport!

I never thought I'd say this but some how someone bored the shit out of me with a pole dancing video...
couldnt watch more than 3 seconds of it... or did she suddenly take off her gear and stop that interpretive dance bullshit.
 
Gave it a chance. Impressive.. I guess. I have seen real strippers do just as intricate "dances" and they had all their gear off.
Plus she is almost too good. Half the fun of pole dances is the 50-50 chance that she is going to fall in her Benzo fueled haze.

The first minute is to throw off the crowd I think. I wouldn't have linked a full video of that and mentioned a good pole dance.
