Poland okays forcible castration for pedophiles.

Should kill these people. They are broken human beings and regularly act out again after being released from prison. Fuck human rights, what about the rights of young children who become victims of these people?

I am pretty liberal but Chemical Castration will not work in the long run. They just come off the meds or take others meds to counter there affects.

If someone has been shown to be a true offender then real/full castration is the only way it might work.

There are states in the USA that already do it, and some it is required.

California was the first state to use chemical castration as a punishment for sex offenders. In cases in which the victim is under 13 years of age, California judges may require first-time offenders to undergo chemical castration. After a second offense, treatment is mandatory.

It was a different time. We are talking about the 1940's . Things like that when they did occur were rarely discussed or brought out into the open. So I doubt many kids or woman made the accusation lightly , unlike today where some use it out of spite. Usually when things like that came out it was from a long time of abuse, often with people in the town knowing it occurred but doing nothing because it wasn't their business. Eventually people lose the ability to turn a blind eye and act.

I really like the idea of "forcible castration", I wouldn't wait until the end of the term, I would have them do it at the time he is found guilty. Yes in the courtroom. Let him serve out his term in jail as the "Jail House Bitch".

Now we all know the Mother's of America will never let this happen and will de everything to stop it. Life in prison, why should my tax money pay to keep this type of person alive?

If this is sthe case then I would suggest that the human rights groups be made to foot the bill to support each person they want to save.
