Where can I find some???

I'm setting up a simple router in RH 6.2.

2 Nics. 2 networks

How is the best way to set this up? Can it all be done from x-windows? Or do I have to get into command line stuff?

search the howto's for "ipchains". Also, you might find a nice gui ipchains configuration program over at www.freshmeat.net. Do a search for "ipchains".

easyfw, http://www.linux-kheops.com/pub/easyfw/easyfwGB.html, very easy, I am not sure what you want to do though, you say two NIC's two LAN's? Will they internet access? If so use either 3 NIC's or BIND the two LAN IP's to one NIC, the most control though really will come from learning some CLI stuff but easyfw will get it started pretty good.

I'm just routing between 2 LAN segments here at work. The desktop segment and the laboratory segment. The Lab segment doesn't have 'net access. The desktops do, but they are not in my jurisdiction.

thanks
