Pointclick People: Do you think they will send a 1099???

I had a reimbursement of just over $600 which should trigger a 1099 being sent to me and the IRS. With Pointclick out of business do they still have any organization left to do this or is it dust in the wind. I am not really worried about this since it is such a small amount but was curious from a business point of view.
