This total conversion mod was released today: http://www.pointofexistence.com. I've had a chance to play it a few hours today on my laptop and it's fantastic! Weapons, sounds, models, artwork and levels are great. They also tightened the bullet spread a bit compared to vanilla BF2 so infantry combat is a lot more enjoyable.
