I played PoE v1.0 when it came out for BF2 a couple months ago. Amazing mod... very nice work by the team.

But there was no ranked servers.

Are there no ranked servers for BF2 mods or something?

I don't have it installed anymore, but wanted to know if ranked servers ever showed up... I'm not sure the process you need to go through in order to log stats to their servers.


Cause it takes me so damn long to rank up... I figure if I'm playing BF2 I may as well be getting even a few points a round, but since I've been playing a lot I feel like playing PoE again to change it up.
 
Still no ranked servers for POE. I play it anyway because I think it's a better game than vanilla BF2, especially now that they've fixed the most egregious bugs (like rounds going through tanks but not hitting).
 
Yeah I guess pontifex makes a good point. I mean someone could make a cheap ass mod where it's extremely easy to rack up points, then host it on a ranked server. That's not very fair.
