Point me in the rite direction

I'm buying a xp1700 tomorrow the 28th,,or the 29th..I have heard a ceratin stepping of the 1700's o/c better then the others,,and since I know the store owner he can order exactly what I need,Now I need to know which one has the best steeping,,,,and could you take a second and look at my rig and give me a general idea what to expect?

You want the Thoroughbred=B core, not sure how to identify or order that. Somebody ??

Overclockers has all the info you need about getting the "right" cpu. Mark is right though, you want the B core.

What would be the best is to see a xp1700 thorobred on my board and reviewed..

You think anyone could find that?
