Pocket PC OS Differences

Can anybody explain the differences between:

Windows Mobile 2003
Windows Pocket PC 2003 Premium

I can't seem to find anything anyway detailing the 2 OS's. I am looking at purchasing an HP iPAQ 4350 (4355) from Newegg, and the difference between these versions is the OS (and a price difference of $35). Thanks.

from my understanding of it, Mobile is for the PDA phones. The features it offers isn't as extensive as Pocket PC. For the average joe user, there wouldn't be too big of a difference.

My fault...I should have been a little more clear. I meant to say the difference between the following PDA OSs:

Windows Mobile 2003 for Pocket PC
Windows Pocket PC 2003 Premium

I believe Windows Mobile (for cell phones) is in fact an entirely different OS. Anybody have suggestions?

Pocket PC 2003 was renamed as Windows Mobile 2003. I don't remember what comes with Premium.

Windows Mobile 2003 is packaging tagline for a slew of releases of the Pocket PC 2003 Shell with Windows CE 4.2 O/S plus components, applications and hardware support.

There are 4 editions which vary by features shipped (thus footprint in ROM), and also minimum requirements for hardware manufacturers as follows:

Shell: cut-down kernel and UI for custom device applications like stock control, embedded devices etc.
Professional: base consumer OS
Premium: Pro + extra software for DRM, corporate VPN and some CE related stuff
Premium with Phone: Premium + phone extensions.
