Gonna go with Peacemaker, the only tracked vehicle of the lot.

I was pissed when they killed the Interceptor at the beginning and double pissed when Max did not find a way to get back into it by the end. Why do they always feel the need to kill it? In my mind after the movie ends he is going back out to salvage it.

Seeing the original movie as a kid cemented that car as the definition of a proper vehicle.
