pny gf3ti200 tv-out no work with newest drivers

i have a pny gf3ti200 and when i installed the newest denator drivers, 23.11 i believe tvout failed to work... i had to go back to the drivers that came in the box.. any reason why this card doesnt work with the new drivers?.. i am asking because i dont want to lose alot of perforce using the old drivers that came with the card..
