PNY Geforce 6800 128MB 256-bit DDR AGP 4X/8X

This appears to be a solid card at an attractive price. I think it'd be a great choice for anyone running LESS THAN a 9800 Pro. If it was PCI-E, I'd be all over this; however, I'm still holding out for lower prices on the higher end x800 or 6800 series.
