I have this card... nothing really special about it these days since it performs just about the reference geforce4 ti4400. It has no heatsinks for the memory, uses a reference hs fan, and is as big as the ti4600 (about 2-3 inches longer than gf4 ti4200). The only thing that I liked about this card was that mine came with 3d glasses (electronic) and it has a lifetime warranty, not bad considering that I paid only $225 shipped about a year ago.
Oh yeah, this thing, though solid like a rock, gets hot like a mother.
I had to replace my old steel case to aluminum cause my case temps were about 40C now their down to 30C. Mind you that I never overclock, these temps came from factory presets.
