PNY 6600GT(AGP) for $200 AMIR of $30 @ CompUSA

Prices good from Jan. 23-29

I just got the last one at my local shop but I don't think this is very hot. It seems there's an XFX 6600GT FOR $190 AR @ Buy.com.

How good is the PNY 6600GT?

If it's not very hot, then why did you post it?

$200 is MSRP. Think before posting. Thank you.

You can use the instant $5.00 off OR the $15.00 off $200.00 but not both...I think the list price for this card is $229.99

$204.99 minus $25.00 = $179.99 not a Bad Deal?

Did you ever say something that you knew would give someone the opportunity to correct you and you just wait to see which anal retentative type was going to bite?

Sometimes hot is not just by price but by price and quality. In this case someone offered an option and someone else pointed out that vendor's failings.

Rules that are proposed as guidelines are helpful, but if a strict interpretation is imposed or demanded by a few then it becomes a rigid obstacle to getting done what is needed.

Use judgement before posting. Thank you.

Throw in a $15 off $200 coupon and get it for $175.

I would stay away from that buy.com deal. Check out the 6 month rating. Ouch.

I have bought from BUY.com for 5 years and never had even one complaint, and newegg and staples.

Buy.com is slipping.
My last two orders are over 2 weeks old and I still have nothing.

Same here. It looks like they are using some third party place that actually picks up Buy.com packages and holds them for few days then ship them with regular US mail. my last order took 11 days and that was shipped from So. Calif to No. Calif. I guess they use mules to carry the packages.

The PNY is a good card and if you have any issues, you can return it at CompUSA within 21 days for a full-refund. I've heard good and bad about the quality of the XFX cards.
