It'll handle current games at normal resolutions respectably well, and it should do decently in the future as long as you don't require high details at 1024x768x32bpp. It's certainly not a hugh end card, but for a cheapr budget board it should do nicely.
For $40 you certainly can't complain at all though, and it'll handle GTAIII no problem with max details at 1024x768x32bpp.

No idea about WarCraft 3 as I don't play it...

That card should be able to handle to well actually, I played with a TNT2 on WC3 and it's not laggy or anything. The recommended requirements from Blizzard are a 32mb card, so you're all set to go!!!

;) If you only have $40 to spend then it's a good deal. If you can stretch to Rad8500LE ($91/91), Rad8500 ($109/91), GF3TI200 ($105/82) or GF4TI4200 ($142/136) each one is worth the extra cash and sports full DX8 hw functions as well as much better gaming ability, AA and '2D' IQ. First price quoted www.newegg.com , second www.pricewatch.com . SiS Xabre400 offers better perf and also offers some DX8 hw functions, has its quirks and is in its infancy, but a worthy budget contender.

:D It does depend a little on your CPU and general system config, what are you running at the mo?
