PM system no longer works when using Netscape 4.x?

I'm sorry if I missed an earlier post to this effect, but I'm no longer able to access my PM's using Netscape 4.x. It works fine using IE, but not netscape. I don't have access to IE during the day, which leaves me sorta in the cold trying to access PM's during the day. Is this a temporary glitch, or something permanent?
 
I've the same problem, sorta. I can read PM's, but not reply to them. When I hit 'reply' the page just reloads.

Maybe replying via the History works...
